This Privacy Policy explains how saasta.ai ("saasta.ai", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use saasta.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information you provide to sign in, such as your name and email address.
• Connected data: when you connect a third-party account, we access data from it to provide the Service—for example, Stripe transaction and invoice data, and QuickBooks Online accounting data (invoices, payments, customers, products and services, and company information).
• Usage and technical data: log information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken, which we use to operate and secure the Service.

2. QuickBooks Online (Intuit) Data

When you connect QuickBooks Online, you authorize saasta.ai to access your QuickBooks company data through Intuit's API. We use this access only to provide the features you request—such as reading invoices, customers, and items to reconcile them against your Stripe transactions, and, when you explicitly direct it, recording payments against invoices. We store the OAuth tokens needed to maintain the connection securely and restrict access to the connected company. We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting saasta.ai from within QuickBooks (Settings → Apps → Connected apps) or by contacting us; revoking access stops further data access. For information on how Intuit handles your data, see the Intuit Privacy Policy.

3. Stripe Data

When you connect or provide access to Stripe, we read transaction, invoice, customer, and product data to compute analytics and to reconcile transactions with your accounting system. For details, see the Stripe Privacy Policy.

4. How We Use Information

• to provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• to reconcile transactions, generate reports and briefings, and record actions you direct;
• to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot;
• to communicate with you about the Service; and
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. How We Share Information

• Service providers and subprocessors that host and operate the Service on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
• Third-party integrations you connect (such as Intuit and Stripe), to exchange the data needed to provide the features you request.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of saasta.ai, our users, or the public.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your QuickBooks data with third parties except as needed to provide the Service at your direction or as required by law.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. You can disconnect an integration at any time, which revokes our access to that account. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to any legal retention requirements.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
